Kirkland Kabins -1948  Oil on Canvas 24” x 30” - My father [in back with the white hair] built the cabins. Thats me in the orange dress,sister Janet in the blue sunsuit. Mary in Mauve. I replaced some of the guests heads with my neighbours heads at the time I did the painting!

This painting has been honoured twice - once when the Thornbury Library chose it for a poster advertising an exhibition and a second time in 2018 when it was chosen for exhibition in the TD Trust Exhibition. GIFTED

Neil and Ellen Elizabeth  Gillies, my father’s parents on the veranda of the Homestead in Esquesing Township near Milton. 36” x 24” Oil on Canvas. She painted. I have her water lilies on Black Velvet on my wall. I never met these grandparents. 

My Great Grandmother Campbell from Ballinafad, Ontario - I don’t know as much about her as I would like to. I haven’t painted her husband yet - he looks very cross. 30” x 24” Oil on Canvas.

My middle Granddaughter Laura when she was a little girl and then on on the day she was married in Calgary. Both paintings are 12” x 12”. Oil on Canvas.
